*10-Year Warranty Policy for Wall Panels
This warranty is applicable to Dream Home’s wall panel product line.
Dream Home provides a 10-year warranty on its wall panels, ensuring that the panels will not crack, blister, or delaminate.
In the event of a valid claim, we will either replace the panels with the same design (or an equivalent/alternative design if the original is unavailable) or offer a refund of the purchase price for the defective products. This warranty is non-transferable.
The warranty does not apply if the product fails due to:
• Transport or handling damage.
• Incorrect installation.
• Failure to maintain the silicone seal around all edges in line with installation guidelines. Sealant must be used.
• Improper storage or maintenance—panels should be stored flat, not upright or balanced between supports, and conditioned at room temperature for 48 hours before installation.
• Improper cleaning—panels should be cleaned only with water, PVC cleaner, soap, or a vinegar solution (1:3 vinegar to water). Using harsh chemicals like bleach may strip the pattern and compromise the waterproofing.
• Damage or misuse, such as cracks, cuts, or scratches from hard or sharp objects, whether caused by contractors, service personnel, or the user. Wear and tear, including surface marks, scratches, or variations in gloss levels seen under certain lighting, are not covered under the warranty.
Before installation, the following checks must be made, as claims related to these issues will not be covered once installation is complete:
• Ensure color and sheen consistency between all panels and profiles.
• If panels are being installed by a professional, the customer must approve the colors and condition before installation.
• Check tongue and groove joints to ensure a flush fit and tight seal before installation.
This warranty does not grant any additional rights beyond those outlined above, and claims for consequential loss or damage are specifically excluded. It does not affect your statutory consumer rights. The warranty period remains unchanged in the event of any repairs or replacements.

Dream Home 30-Day Return Policy


At Dream Home, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return or exchanges, please reach out to us at support@dreamhome.com. Returns and exchanges should be sent to the following address: 3210 Beltline rd, Ste 136, Dallas, Tx 75234. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return or exchange is approved, we will provide a return shipping label with shipping fee along with instructions on how to send your item back. Feel free to contact us with any return-related questions at support@dreamhome.com
Damages or Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can address the issue.
Please note, sale items are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges To exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at support@dreamhome.com.
