At Dream Home, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping to ensure you receive your products in a timely manner. Below are the details of our shipping policy:
Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $1,000. This offer applies to orders shipped within the continental United States. For orders under $1,000, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We use Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipping for larger orders, which typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery. Please note that shipping times are estimated and can vary based on your location and potential delays from the shipping carrier.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations
Dream Home ships domestically within the continental United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
Delivery and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. For LTL shipments, tracking may also include information on scheduled delivery times. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address.
Freight and Large Item Delivery
For larger orders shipped via LTL, delivery will be curbside unless otherwise specified. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for moving the items from the curb to the final location.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
PLEASE CHECK & INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE UPON DELIVERY BEFORE SIGNATURE
In the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us at dreamhomeus2024@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. For damaged items, please include photos of the damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.
